How secure is your information?
The security of your Information is important to us. When you enter sensitive Information (such as a bank routing number) on our order forms and when your account administrator adds or uploads Employment Information or Files, we encrypt the transmission of that Information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We follow generally accepted standards to protect the Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Does happierWork have access to data controlled by their clients?
happierWork has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the happierWork’s Client (the data controller). The Client is able to remove the data without happierWork’s involvement. However, if the Client requests happierWork to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 business days.
For how long will we retain your data?
We will retain your information for as long as your G Suite account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

This access will help us in scanning the incoming emails to the career mailbox of an organisation. Career mailbox account is configured by the organisation themselves where they login with the career mailbox account and authorize with the given mail scopes. Then happierWork starts doing the following transactions:
- Scan incoming emails through a watcher
- Organising the emails by attaching the appropriate labels.
- Creation and Deletion labels
- Delete emails when organised
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/tasks, these links are used in Intranet Portal where we bring the data from various G Suite applications like Google Mail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Directory, Google Tasks. It’s a one stop shop for all the G Suite applications. We also allow users to create Calendar Events as well as manage their Google Tasks so that’s where we don’t have ‘readonly’ scope. https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive Templates such as Offer letter, Relieving letter, Spreadsheet Reports etc are created using Google Drive and configured within happierWork using Google Drive Picker API. These templates serve as blueprints for all the letters/documents that are supposed to be generated. So we create a copy of this template and replace it with actual profile data of the employees and save it in Google Drive & Share.
